File Format in PC platform:  

Adobe Illustrator CS6 or lower (.ai or .eps) 

Adobe Photoshop CS6 or lower (.tif or .psd) 

High Resolution Adobe Acrobat File (.pdf) 

* Please note that we do not accept Adobe InDesign files.

 

File compression: 

RAR or ZIP

 

Photos: 

High Resolution TIF or JPEG

*All images should be at least 150 dpi of actual size.

 

Font: 

All fonts MUST be set to OUTLINES. This is to ensure the fonts you use will still be printed correctly and will not be defaulted into other fonts in case they are not in our database.

Colour: 

If colour matching is required, please provide the Pantone code or hardcopy colour sample. Additional charges may be applied for colour matching and/or colour proofs.

 

File Size: 

If the artwork file size is too large, we can accept artwork at 25% of the full size, provide that the text are set to outline/vector based and the images are of a high resolution

 

Files should include: 

Coloured proof of each job (printed or PDF) All supplementary graphics used in the project (ie. Linked files)

 

Print Marks: 
Colour bars, Crop marks and Registration marks are NOT required (follow the specs on individual product for bleed settings)
